Castaway Cooker Inc. was officially formed May 19th 2010, but we have been cooking for years. It has been a dream to start a small eating establishment for some time and that dream is coming alive. Thanks to fine folks that believe in what I do and the support of my family I am fortunate to be living that dream. You see, I love good food, not necessararly fancy food but good food from all over the world. I believe that quality food does not have to be expensive to be enjoyed.
I grew up in Clarksville, TN, spent several years in the United States Navy where I had the oppurtunity to travel the world several times over. In my travels I was not shy in asking for recipes when I found something I really enjoyed. I would appreciate the oppurtunity to share some of the wonderful food of the world with you.
