Castaway Cooker Competition BBQ Team

Why Not?
We enjoy cooking so much, this is just one more excuse to do it. If you have never been to a competition BBQ event you owe to to yourself to attend one, there is probaly one close to you this weekend. While all the fuse occurs on Saturday around noon the fun accually happens of Friday evenings while the teams are preparing and cooking there food for the judging the following day.

   TC Smith:  (Pit Boss)Simply because it's something I love to do, and I believe it gets better everytime. Good now, but getting better every day.
